Jeremy Sutton joins well-respected family law practitioners, Brian Carter and Lynda Kearns, at Bastion Chambers from 1 March. He will continue to focus on property-based pre-separation and separation matters for clients with complex cases involving family trusts and/or small to medium businesses, often where one party earns a lot more than the other.
