In 1989, Terri Friesen was convicted of killing her newborn baby Chantelle. Almost 30 years later, her conviction was quashed by the Court of Appeal. Terri believes she deserves both an apology and compensation. Jeremy appears alongside other experts to discuss Minister Kris Faafoi’s rejection of Terri’s claim and the current requirements to successful receive compensation for wrongful conviction and imprisonment.
